Hi! My name is Beth and I'm the owner and founder of Love and care.

I started this rescue in 2017 after I realized that many cats and kittens weren't getting the proper chance at life. We see too many animals with broken bones, illnesses, fungal infections or babies too young to fend for themselves. We specialize in saving animals that most shelters have to pass on or even euthanize due to lack of resources.

I am veterinary technician with 16 years experience and nearly 30 years experience working with animals. My mission in life is to love and care those who need it the most, and find their forever homes.

We partner with Best Care Animal Hospital in Beaverton, OR, where I am also the manager and veterinary technician.

We focus primarily on kittens and cats, but occasionally we will take in a dog or two - and even the rare possum or squirrel. If I can't save it, I'll find a specialist who can.
